Mindful, healthy living. That's a way of life we can get behind. When we heard about this new community taking shape in Nashville, TN called oneC1TY, we jumped at the chance to work on bringing the residential property in the neighborhood to life.
Through hardhat tours and deep-dives into architectural plans, our team developed the creative strategy and brand messaging for the luxury living apartments. From there... the designs began, including signage, ad campaign, website and corporate identity.
It isn't everyday that we get to play with chimpanzees wearing referee outfits in Marion Square. Or hang with the likes of Jack Hanna, Jeff Foxworthy and Bill Murray. But the best part of it all? Being able to work our tails off for one of the coolest event's in the Southeast. #OMWerkPerks.
October 31st - the one day of the year where our freak-flags fly higher than usual. This year’s theme - no holds bar - so it was only appropriate we throw a killer team happy-hour where ghostly spirits (ICL) bubbled over.
After knocking back one or two (or five) pints, we zeroed in on the messaging for Island Coastal Lager - ICL to those in the know. ICL is a quality lager created to appease craft connoisseurs, but one light enough to drink all day on the boat or beach.
A popular phrase at OM is “we get shit done”. So, we think it’s pretty rad when people see a problem and find a way to fix it - a magic-maker, if you will. One of our newest partners, Citibot, is doing just that, minus pulling a rabbit out of a hat.
When we had our initial client kickoff with Todd Richardson and Luke Jarrett, they strutted into our office with the self-confidence of a pop-sensation, chart-topping, heartbreaking boy-band. But that’s not how we came up with their company name Synchronicity (mad props to *NSYNC tho).
Island Park Properties' website personifies the Lowcountry lifestyle that draws buyers to the area. With a mix of vivid imagery, intuitive user-navigation and custom illustrations, the website came to life as the final part of the new brand.
