Obviouslee All In: New Faces, Fresh Adventures, and a Commitment to All Things Outdoor

News

We're doubling down on our commitment to the outdoor industry, and we’re stoked to showcase our team members who are leading the way!

First off, meet Joe Jackson, our newest team outdoor member and Senior Marketing Strategist. Joe has worked in the outdoor industry since the 90s with jobs ranging from managing a rafting company to boasting a solid decade of experience as Outside Online's Gear Guy columnist. Hailing from the beautiful state of Oregon, he's all about snowsports and storytelling, leading the charge on accounts like Jones Snowboards and ZAG Skis. It's a match made in outdoor heaven!

Fun fact about Joe: He started and runs an adaptive skiing program for people with disabilities on his local mountain, Mt. Ashland, through the fantastic non-profit Oregon Adaptive Sports.

Pro tip: Catch Joe on the mountain (if you can!) at the Blister Summit Feb. 4 to 8 to learn more about the latest ZAG and Jones gear.

But that's not the only exciting news. We're also thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Andrew Piasecki to Marketing Strategist and Co-Lead of our outdoor team. Based in sunny Florida, Andrew brings his media relations and influencer marketing expertise to the table, leading accounts like KUIU, Bajío Sunglasses, and Toadfish.

In case you missed it, Outside Magazine recently named Obviouslee one of the 50 Best Places to Work. Why? Because we put our people first, lead with values, and care about the environment. Our team enjoys perks like early Fridays, wellness days, and company volunteer days. Plus, they get access to rad gear for all their adventures.

It's not just about business for us – we're aligning our team’s passion with purpose through partnerships that empower outdoor brands to thrive.

And that's a wrap on the latest and greatest from Obviouslee’s outdoor crew. Until next time, adventure on! 🌲🏂
